The relationship between magnet performance and motor performance

    Summary:
The core advantage products of Yuansheng Magnetics are mainly used in medium and high speed motorss. The main grades of magnetic steel are H, SH and UH.
At present, more than half of Yuansheng's magnets are used in the motor field, and this share is still rising, with a target of 80%.
The following introduces the relationship between magnet performance and motor performance.
Welcome to inquire with us, we hope to assist you in your magnet design!

    1. The influence of Br /Remanence
For (DC) motors, under the same winding parameters and test conditions, the higher the remanence, the lower the no-load speed and no-load current; the greater the maximum torque, the higher the efficiency of the highest efficiency point.
    2. The influence of Coercivity
In the process of motor operation, there is always the influence of temperature and reverse demagnetization field. From the perspective of motor design, the higher the coercivity, the smaller the thickness direction of the magnets, and the smaller the coercivity, the larger the thickness direction.
    3.The influence of performance consistency
Remanence inconsistency: Even if there are individual ones with particularly high performance, it is not good. Due to the inconsistency of the magnetic flux in each unidirectional magnetic field section, the vibration occurs due to the asymmetry of the torque.
Coercivity inconsistency: It is easy to produce reverse demagnetization especially if the coercivity of individual products is too low, resulting in inconsistent magnetic flux of each magnet and vibrating the motor.
