Ningbo Yuansheng Magnetic Industry Co., Ltd. successfully held an important fire escape drill and equipment use training event on June 17, 2023.
This is to enhance employees' fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities and ensure that the company can respond quickly and orderly in emergencies such as fires.
As a company committed to employee safety and corporate responsibility,
we recognize that fire incidents can pose a significant threat to the lives and property of our employees. Therefore, we actively take measures to improve employees' fire safety knowledge and provide employees with necessary training and guidance.
This fire escape drill started from the work workshop and simulated an emergency situation of a fire outbreak.
Through realistic scene restoration and professional drills, we hope employees can deeply experience the importance of urgency and response capabilities when a fire occurs.
Before the drill began, we invited professional instructors to conduct comprehensive firefighting training, including how to use fire extinguishers correctly, master escape routes, be familiar with emergency evacuation routes, and how to effectively organize emergency rescue. The instructors patiently and meticulously explained fire safety knowledge to the employees, and allowed the employees to experience the use of fire protection equipment through demonstrations and practical operations.
Then, we started a real exercise session. After the fire broke out, alarms sounded throughout the work shop and smoke quickly filled the air. During this tense moment, employees remained calm and quickly activated pre-learned contingency plans. They grabbed the fire extinguisher tightly and evacuated to a safe area in an orderly manner according to the pre-planned escape route.
During this exercise, the employees demonstrated excellent teamwork and coping capabilities. They collaborate and help each other to ensure the smooth progress of the exercise. Each employee gave full play to their professional knowledge and skills, effectively responded to emergencies, and demonstrated their sense of responsibility and loyalty to the company and team.
In addition to fire escape drills, we also paid special attention to the correct use of fire equipment. The instructors introduced different types of fire extinguishers and how to use them in detail, allowing employees to understand how to choose appropriate fire extinguishers according to different fire sources and master the skills of correct operation. Through practical operations, employees can respond quickly and use fire-fighting equipment correctly, improving their ability to respond to fire accidents.
This exercise and training is not just a superficial activity, but also Ningbo Yuansheng Magnetic Industry Co., Ltd.’s great importance and care for employee safety.
